AUSTIN SENIOR SESSIONS by Chele Jones

Austin, Texas senior sessions for class of 2022 are booked on a first come basis 15th-22nd. The 2 weekend dates are reserved for the 4 hour Platinum Sessions only. Hair and makeup artist is strongly encouraged, but not included in my travel sessions. I can add one for an additional fee if you need help with that.  

I can take 4 full-experience sessions (Platinum or Gold). All full-experience sessions start either 5 or 3 hours prior to sunset. We can start earlier in the day if it's cloudy. All additional sessions (if time/weather allows extra sessions) will be worked in as one-hour weekday after-school sessions. More info on those sessions HERE. 

Your session date is only secured once you have paid your $300 retainer and signed your photography release.  Your balance can be made into an automatic pay plan with your card on file, OR you can pay the balance in full by the due date (Oct 5th). 

The Platinum Experience will have taxes added on for the products included, as required by law. 

If you are investing in professional hair and makeup - you must book it to be completed one hour BEFORE call-time so we have time for you to get dressed and get to our starting location. 

Here are more details on our fees: Due to my commitment to travel there and limited time available, the retainer fees are nonrefundable, with exception of my own illness, or a national or natural disaster or emergency is declared, where I am not allowed to travel there. Because I will only be there for a few days, we leave a few days open to shift in case of inclement weather or emergencies. It's better to schedule during the earlier dates of my visit to give yourself wiggle room in case of bad weather. 

Once we are 14 days or less from your session date, the remaining balance is no longer refundable except for the same reasons above as it is too late to effectively market to fill those spots. 

In this case, you are welcome to transfer your session to a friend who is available on the same date, or we can use it toward a future session when I am available. If I have a wait list, I am happy to offer it to them for you, but you will ultimately be responsible for marketing the resale of your session, if no one on my list can take the date as I will be extremely busy once we I am there.
